The powers of the ancient gods of the indios wane as the Christianity infects their islands. But their rites that are slowly fading from the locals’ memories are still being practiced by their priests and pristesses, incantations and evocations whispered in lush dark tropical forests. 

Amidst the threat of the foreign religion, the sinister politics it brings and a devastating plan the old gods are brewing, a young woman rises from a tragedy, carrying a destiny she never asked for. Hiraya, the last daughter of a revered Babaylan lineage, awakens on a lonely shore with fractured memories, a vanishing relic, the faint song of a shimmering bird, and the echo of a colossal serpent guarding her in the darkness between life and death. Taken in by the enigmatic Dulawan, Hiraya soon discovers she is no ordinary orphan. She is The Dakila—born of warrior blood and mystic calling, chosen to confront the shadow of a dark deity spoken of in an ancient epic.

Salinlahi is a third-person action RPG where players follow Hiraya’s ascent from lost survivor to warrior-babaylan, mastering combat rooted in ancient tradition and unraveling the supernatural truth behind the storm that stole her family. The path ahead is treacherous and rife with divine machinations, but the world awaits its Caretaker. And its reckoning.
